It comprises of 7 stamps with the following values and issue dates; 2nd October 1950: 4 Annas; 3rd of May 1951: ½ Anna - 1 Anna - 1½ Anna - 2 Annas - 2½ Annas and 2 Rupees Type 1; 1st November 1954: 2 Rupees Type 2.

These stamps were also available for valid for use in Dubai.

CommentsThere are two types of surcharge for this value. This is Type 1 where the figure 1 measure 3.25mm and the bottom of the "1" is level with the top of the "2". Furthermore the foot of the "2" extends to the right of the "N" below. This type is found on the top half of the sheet in rows 1-10.
